BARRIERS TO ACCESS

Here are a few examples we have found in our own borough, of why many local disabled people are finding it difficult to access or use local service!

This is an access point that leads to a lovely canalside walk - sadly though not for those who struggle with steps!

Cracked and damaged paving prevents many from using our local parks and amenities.

A lovely view - a pity you can't get closer to it if you are using a wheelchair!
